If you want to create an ubuntu LiveCD with preinstalled packages,  wait no more! Ubuntu Builder can do exactly that. Follow the steps to build your own ubuntu distro.

1. sudo add-apt-repository ppa:f-muriana/ubuntu-builder
2. sudo apt-get update
3. sudo apt-get install ubuntu-builder
4. sudo ubuntu-builder

5. Select a downloaded ISO image or Clcik on Get Ubuntu

6. Click on "Console", install/configure your version

7. Once finished, Close Console window, Click on Build

(Wait for 10 to 20 minutes; after the build process you may find your ISO image at /home/ubuntubuilder)
