Dr P Rajeev Kumar completed B Tech (1995) in Civil Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, M Tech (1998) in Geotechnical Engineering from NIT-K Surathkal, and PhD (2002) in Geotechnical Engineering from IIT Bombay. Subsequently, he was a Post-Doctoral Fellow of NSC, Taiwan. Later on, he received a Post-Doctoral Fellowship from Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, in the area of Bio-Geoenvironmental Engineering. He was a Visiting Faculty at the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor, Malaysia. He has published in international journals (ASCE, Springer etc) and conferences and is a reviewer for international journals. He has professional memberships in ISTE, IGS and ASCE; besides being a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India) and Chartered Engineer (India). He is a consultant of civil/geotechnical engineering works. Dr Rajeev is a KTU approved research guide in Geotechnical/Geoenvironmental Engineering. Also, he has guided MTech theses in the above area of expertise. He has obtained funded projects from MOHE, Malaysia. He received meritorious scholarships throughout his studies. Dr Rajeev received a National award for innovative research work in engineering and technology from ISTE New Delhi. Prior to joining RSET, he was a professor at AMITY University, Noida, India. Further, Dr Rajeev has significant experience as Professor & Head of Civil Engineering; and as the Principal of different engineering colleges in Kerala, IN.
