Anuj Abraham was born in Ernakulum on 3rd November 1986. He received the B.Tech. degree in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala-India, in 2008 and the M.E. degree in Electric Drives and Embedded Control from Anna University, Tamil Nadu-India in 2011. He received his Ph.D. degree in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in 2017 from Department of Instrumentation Engineering at MIT Campus - Anna University, Tamil Nadu-India. He is having teaching experience in the Department of Applied Electronics and Instrumentation at Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology, Kerala- India during May 2008 to June 2012. He also worked as Guest Lecturer at Anna University, Tamil Nadu-India for 1.5 years. He is a recipient of Anna Centenary Research Fellowship (ACRF) for 3 years from 2012-15 and scholarship for an exchange PhD - 6 months mobility period at University of Pardubice, Czech Republic through Erasmus Mundus Action 2 (EMA2) Svaagata.eu project.

His current research interest includes sensor design, FEM based design, Model Predictive ControlOrder Reduction techniquesAdaptive controlHeuristic Algorithms, Process control and Instrumentation.
