The main objectives of this course are:
1. To give a practical knowledge on the working of electrical machines including dc machines, induction motors and synchronous motors.
2. It also gives the basics about design and implementation of small electronic circuits.

Objective of this course is to set a firm and solid foundation in Electrical Engineering with strong analytical skills and conceptual understanding of basic laws and analysis methods in electrical and magnetic circuits.

Gives exposure to the students about the concepts of alternating current machines including the Constructional details, principle of operation and performance analysis.
Make them learn the characteristics of induction machines and how it can be employed for various applications.

Provides hands on experience in testing Alternators, Three phase and Single phase Induction Motors and Induction generators
