COMPUTER AIDED CIVIL ENGINEERING LAB

  1. Structural drawings for slabs and beams, stair case, foundations
  2. Analysis and design of steel and RCC elements using STAAD and ETABS
  3. Use of Project Management Software (Primavera) for preparation of bar chart/Gantt charts/CPM/PERT Charts and finding critical cath and practice on resource allocation and project monitoring (Cost and Time)
  4. Conduct of Survey camp using Total Station and its plotting.

Force and couple systems. Introduction to Structural Mechanics. Concurrent and nonconcurrent forces in space. Resultant and Equilibrium of forces in space. Properties of planar surfaces. Friction. 

Dynamics - Rectilinear translation. Curvilinear translation. Rotation. Combined motion of rotation and translation.Simple harmonic motion.
