Prathibha P K

Prathibha P. K . did her M.Tech in Power system at College of Engineering Trivandrum in 2010 under the Kerala University. She did her B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics engineering at Govt: Engineering college, Thrissur in 2007 under the Calicut university. She joined Rajagiri in 2010 and has got a teaching experience of 12 years.

Her areas of interests are Electric Vehicle Technology, Renewable Energy Sources and Energy conservation and Management. She is the Principal Investigator for a KTU CERD Research Seed Money funded project titled “Parametric Modelling and Analysis of Electric Vehicle (EV) for optimized performance”. She is also the Principal Investigator of a CERD funded B.Tech project titled " Solar Powered Smart Irrigation System" of the 2016 S8 EEE students. She is the Co-PI for a AICTE MOROB funding of “Renewable Energy and Smart Grid Lab”. She is the Course co-ordinator of a KTU sponsored 5 days FDP on “Advances in Electric Vehicle Technology” at RSET from July 8^th to 12^th 2019.

She is the recipient of IEEE Outstanding Branch Chapter Advisor award 2021 with a Reward of 150 US dollars- Global award

Registered for Ph.D under APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University on 29/11/2017 in the area “  Electric / Hybrid Vehicles” under the guidance of  Dr. Elizabeth Rita Samuel, HOD, DEE, Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology.
