Ms. Shimmi Asokan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engg, RSET. She is a postgraduate in Software Engineering from the Department of Computer Science, CUSAT in the year 2009. She took her B.Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering from L. B. S. College of Engineering, Kasaragod in 2000.  She has a total teaching experience of 18.4 years. She joined RSET in the year 2003. Her research interests include Formal Specification and Verification, Compiler Design and Data Mining. She holds professional membership of ACM and is a life member of CSI. She is a part time research scholar at Dept. of Computer Science, CUSAT.
