Soniya Raju received B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Federal Institute of Science and Technology, Angamaly under MG University in 2014. She completed post graduation in Power electronics and drives from Karunya University in 2016. She has served as Assistant Professor in various colleges for a period of two year during 2016-18. She joined Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology in the year 2018 and currently working as Assistant Professor in the department of Electrical and Electronics. Her areas of interest include Power electronics, Drives and Micro grid.
